- Agents are AI workloads that pass through Gateway — not human users. Seats are people who log into the console. Free includes 10 agents and 2 seats. Do not treat agent count as a headcount license.
- Is Gateway in our network extra?
- No. Gateway deployed in your network is included on Free, Team, and Enterprise.
- How do Start free and Team checkout work?
- Each plan has its own short form, then Stripe Checkout. Free is $0 and collects a payment method so we can enroll you. Team is $99 per month. After checkout you get deploy and login steps by email and on the success page.
- Is there a $199 public plan?
- No. Public SKUs are Free, Team at $99 per month, and Enterprise (talk to us).
- How do I get a remediation POC?
- Finding → Fix Spec → PR work is a scoped proof of concept, not a self-serve SKU. It is available on Enterprise as a scoped engagement. Request a remediation POC — it is never the primary CTA on this page.
